Our travels continue…

Carriage Driving Weekend

First up in our fall lineup of travels is Mullet Hall. The 2016 CAA Driving Weekend is planned for October 19-23th at Johns Island, South Carolina where members can take advantage of the twenty-plus miles of beautiful carriage trails winding through southern pines and moss-draped oaks, alongside open meadows and farm fields. Details are here.

This casual, fun weekend is open to anyone wanting to bring driving or riding horses. We will have a welcome party on Thursday, October 20, and a casual lunch on Saturday, October 22. CAA Driver Proficiency Evaluations will be available, on a sign-up basis, on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Otherwise, you are free to enjoy the facility as you wish.
CAA Driving Weekend

Argentina

The CAA is headed to Argentina in November. To get the full details click on the here! On this truly unique and special trip, we will start in the exciting city of Buenos Aires (the “Paris of South America”). From there, you will travel by private motorcoach, throughout B.A. Province, to visit private estancias (ranches) and their extraordinary collections of carriages, harness, appointments, books and, of course, horses! You will meet wonderful Argentinean people and enjoy their cuisine and wines.

Whether you travel with a family member or friend, or join us on your own, you will be cared for and pampered from the moment you arrive at the Buenos Aires airport. Everything is included in this fascinating trip: hotels, guides, transportation, and all meals (except dinner the first two nights), so you can leave your cares at home.
